In fiber photometry experiments, fluorescent sensors are used to monitor neurotransmitter levels or neural activity. Doric Fluorescence Mini Cube (FMC) system combines excitation lights, high sensitivity photodiode light detectors, and all filtering and coupling optics to record fiber-photometry signals.  In some configurations, it adds the optogenetics stimulation port.
