1-color surface fluorescence microscope

1-color surface microscopy systems are designed to image brain layers up to 150 µm deep. Without the need of rod implants (e.g. GRIN lenses) surface microscoy is less invasive than deep-brain microscopy. Combination with 1.5 mm glass prisms is also available to image brain structures up to 1.5mm deep.
