This isosbestic LED (iLED) can be swapped to change the isosbestic excitation of an existing integrated Fluorescence Mini Cube (ilFMC-G3) or the Rotary Bundle-imaging Fluorescence Mini Cube (RBFMC), respective. ILED provides a simple solution to increase the compatibility for new biosensors. The iLED comes in three possible options: 405 nm, 415 nm, 425 nm and 440nm with their corresponding filters that narrows the excitation wavelength to a ~10nm bandwidth.

All 3rd generation integrated fluorescence mini cubes (ilFMC-G3) since April 2025 are compatible have a removeable isosbestic LED. As are all RBFMC-G2 since March 2026.
