In fiber photometry experiments, fluorescent sensors are used to monitor neurotransmitter levels or neural activity. Doric’s Bundle-Imaging Fiber Photometry System (BFMC) employs LED excitation and a CMOS image sensor to simultaneously record fluorescent signals from multiple optical fibers integrated into a single fiber bundle connector.
