4 ports Bundle-imaging Fluorescence Mini Cubes - GCaMP
-
4 ports Bundle-imaging Fluorescence Mini Cube (BFMC4) features 2 excitation ports with LED light sources, one detector port with CMOS sensor, and a sample port with SMA fiber optic receptacle for fiber bundle.
It combines GCaMP's isosbestic excitation with 400-410, 410-420, 421-433, or 433-445 nm light and fluorescence excitation with 460-490nm light. The CMOS 500-550nm detection window records both isosbestic and functional fluorescence signals. The separation of these signals is possible when their excitation signals are interleaved. The field of view of its microscope objective is 2.5mm, which limits applicable bundle diameter.
