CamLoop
-
CamLoop is a camera & software solution for real-time animal tracking during behavioral experiments. This solution provides closed-loop stimulation based on real-time position of the animal, enabling interventions such as optogenetics or stimulus delivery (tones, foot shocks, rewards, etc.) that are time-locked to animal's location. Color and B&W* camera options are available.
Features :-
Run up to 2 cameras simultaneously** at 30 FPS
-
Draw multiple zones within arena
-
Output TTL and behavior events based on time spent in a zone
-
Calculate speed & motion score
For full closed-loop functionalities, CamLoop requires at least one of: Doric light source, or BBC300, and will be soon available with NC500 and FMD-Gen.3.
* for infrared illumination, chose B&W option
** tested with Doric High Performance workstation
