2-color Fluorescence Microscopy System
2-color Fluorescence Microscopy System
2-color microscopy systems are designed to record simultaneously the fluorescence of red (RFP-like) and green (GFP-like) fluorescent markers. In opposition to single color microscope bodies, 2-color microscope bodies are optimized for a specific imaging depth.
2-color microscopy systems are designed to record simultaneously the fluorescence of red (RFP-like) and green (GFP-like) fluorescent markers. In opposition to single color microscope bodies, 2-color microscope bodies are optimized for a specific imaging depth. Available options are:
- 2-color Model S: 0 - 150 µm deep below the brain surface (with a glass window)
- 2-color Model L-D: 0 - 3.4 mm deep below the skull surface
- 2-color Model L-V: 3.0 - 5.9 mm deep below the skull surface
The systems include:
- 2-color Microscope Body, Model S, L-D or L-V depending on the targeted depth
- 2-color Fluorescence Microscope Driver, to control the microscope
