3 ports RFMC - Single Fluorophore

The 3 ports Rotary Fluorescence Mini Cube (RFMC) supports excitation of GFP-like fluorophores and recordings of its fluorescence. It is an add-on to the rotor of a dedicated version of our 24-channel Assisted Electrical Rotary Joint. Replacing an optical rotary joint with an electrical one increases collection efficiency and reduces motion-related signal variation.
- RFMC has a built-in LED light source set to low excitation power.
- The integrated detector has an amplified photodiode circuit similar to that of the Doric Fluorescence Detector.
- An LED Driver and a Fluorescence Detector Amplifier connect to Rotary FMC via the Assisted Electrical Rotary Joint's stationary part.
- The RFMC's are easily attached to or removed from a rotary joint. They can be ordered separately or added to an existing system.
