7 ports Fluorescence Mini Cube - Three Fluorophores
This cube offers the possibility to record three different fluorophores simultaneously. E1, E2, and E3 stand for excitation at the cube's schematic, F1, F2, and F3 for respective fluorescence windows, and S for the sample port.
The 540-570 nm Excitation Band Built-in LED Optical Head does not include an Intensity Adjustment Ring.
Compared to Fluorescence Mini Cubes with only FC connectors on all ports, the ones with integrated photodetectors provide a 100% better signal-to-noise ratio (30% signal increase and a 40% noise reduction). Moreover, the versions where LEDs are integrated as well reduce the number of optical connections and the system’s overall footprint.
