This Low Profile Patch Cord Adapter (LPPA) can be used to modify the direction path of a patch cord without bending the fiber cable. It can help to minimize stress constraints and allow to do a 90° bend within 6 mm radius.

The LPPA is specially designed to be used in combination with borosilicate cannulas with high numerical aperture (NA 0.66). We do not recommend using the LPPA with low numerical aperture cannulas, as the transmission will be significantly below 40%.
