danse™

danse™ is a neuroscience data analysis software that provides a simple and intuitive way to examine changes in neural acitivity around behavior events. In particular, users can batch process recordings related to a single experiment and pool data from multiple animals into single plots according to unique experimental designs (group, treatments, trials, etc.), with NO coding required.
danse™ is compatible with both Doric and non-Doric fiber photometry, microscopy and behavior data (video, csv, digital or analog signals). Check the Compatibility tab above for a full list of file formats supported by danse™.
