4 ports Fluorescence Mini Cube - Single fluorophore with Optogenetics stimulation

This cube is for measurements involving excitation, optogenetic activation/silencing, fluorescence detection, and sample ports. Such a cube can be used for green fluorescence measurements combined with the activation of red opsins in the 580-650 nm band.
E stand for excitation at the cube's schematic, F for fluorescence, O for opsin activation/silencing, and S is for the sample port. The numbers in the brackets of the ordering code are for the corresponding wavelength bands.
Compared to Fluorescence Mini Cubes with only FC connectors on all ports, the ones with integrated photodetectors provide a 100% better signal-to-noise ratio (30% signal increase and a 40% noise reduction). Moreover, the versions where LEDs are integrated as well reduce the number of optical connections and the system’s overall footprint.
